About the Role
Nexora Technologies is looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, software architecture, and engineering teams. The CTO will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring technical excellence, and delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's technology vision and roadmap.
- Lead software engineering, product development, DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams.
- Design scalable, secure, and cloud-ready system architectures.
- Oversee the development of enterprise software, ERP systems, web applications, mobile apps, and AI-powered solutions.
- Establish engineering standards, development processes, and coding best practices.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on product strategy and business growth.
- Mentor technical teams and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure cybersecurity, system reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in system architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and scalable application design.
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
- Knowledge of modern programming languages, DevOps, CI/CD, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
